A Factor AnaIysis of Industrial Health Manager´s Morale

Abstract
|
|
|
The purpose of this study as to determine the level of industrial health manager´s morale and there by to develop the industrial health manager´s morale rating scale. Based on 5 points Likert type, we made 21 item morale rating scale. This morale rating scale was conducted to 63 industrial health managers in Chung Cheong area. This scale has Cronbach alpha value .9259 and each item was classified into 4 factors.
The results of factor analysis are as follows;
1. Pour factors express 62.2B industrial health manager´s morale.
2. Morale factors consists of 4 subdimensions;
A. Labor condition dimension (41.8%)
B. Work dimension (8.0%)
C. Support dimension (6.6%)
D. Self-Esteem dimension (5.7%)
